Responsibilities also include devel-opment and implementation of a treatment plan, follow-up, co-ordinate and integrate services from multiple providers. Pro-vide provision of direct service support to the client's natural support system.

Responsible for the On-Site ser-vices and support of individual habitation plans for adults with a history of persistent mental illness. Respon-sibilities also include documenting observations, non-clinical and non-medical assessments and recovery plans, providing transportation, residential counseling and crisis intervention.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
** Candidates must have MA degree in psychology, social work or
related discipline with clinical training.
-Minimum of three years post graduate experience in mental health
or related field.
-Plus a minimum of two years experience in staff supervision.
*Candidates must have a BA degree in psychology, social work or related discipline plus a minimum of 2yrs of experience in the mental health field.
Candidates must possess a valid Drivers License
